Key Responsibility

• Maintain and improve equipment uptime, availability, and reliability
• Drive predictive maintenance strategies using equipment data and trend, ensuring PM quality and effectiveness to prevent repeat failures
• Support equipment upgrades, modifications, and new tool installation/qualification
• Work closely with process engineers to improve yield and reduce variation
• Lead or participate in cost reduction, productivity, and quality improvement projects

Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering field

• 3–5 years of experience in semiconductor lithography equipment engineering

• Hands-on experience with steppers/scanners/tracks

• Strong troubleshooting skills in complex equipment systems

• Team player with good communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Proactive and ownership-driven mindset
