Job context:

We are seeking a Product Listing Engineer with expertise in fire alarm systems to manage and optimize product listings across various platforms. This role requires technical knowledge of fire alarm components, strong product data management and literature skills. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate product listings, compliance with industry standards, and enhanced search visibility for fire alarm systems and related safety equipment.

Key Responsibili­ ties:

• Product Data Management: Structure and organize product data, including fire alarm panels, detectors, sounders, and accessories, for accurate and detailed listings.

• Listing Optimization: Enhance product titles, descriptions, attributes, and specifications to improve visibility and compliance with safety regulations.

• Integration & Automation: Utilize tools and APIs to automate product uploads and ensure synchronization across multiple e-commerce platforms.

• Compliance & Certification Management: Ensure that all product listings remain current, meet industry standards (TFRS, NFPA, UL, EN54) and local fire safety regulations.

• Product Approval Testing.; Work with approval test labs to ensure all required testing is identified, quoted and completed on time.

• Technical Documentation Handling: Upload and manage datasheets, manuals, installation guides, and compliance certificates for each product.

• Troubleshooting & Error Resolution: Identify and resolve listing errors, incorrect specifications, and missing details to maintain listing accuracy.
