This role supports the setup, maintenance, and operation of a high‑performance computing (HPC) cluster. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with both hardware and Linux-based systems and is comfortable in a fast-paced, technical setting. Key Responsibilities
Perform rack & stack, cabling, and physical setup of servers
Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux-based systems
Write and use basic Bash/Python scripts to automate routine tasks
Set up system monitoring and alerts to ensure uptime
Diagnose and resolve hardware and infrastructure issues
Collaborate with engineers and developers to ensure smooth operations
Required Skills
Hands-on experience with server hardware and components
Strong comfort working in a Linux environment (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL, etc.)
Basic knowledge of Bash or Python scripting
Experience with troubleshooting and system maintenance
Understanding of networking and cabling
Nice to Have
Experience with Git, Jenkins, or CI/CD tools
Exposure to containers (Docker/Kubernetes)
Familiarity with monitoring tools (Nagios, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)
