【人形机器人】Linux 通信协议栈-EtherCAT

职位描述
1. 负责解析机器人各硬件模块供应商提供的通信协议文档,包括CAN/CAN FD、RS485/RS232、EtherCAT、I2C、SPI、UART等协议规范,深度理解帧结构、寄存器定义、时序要求、错误处理机制
2. 基于IgH EtherCAT Master或SOEM(Simple Open EtherCAT Master)开发EtherCAT主站程序,完成从站拓扑扫描、PDO映射配置、DC分布式时钟同步、状态机管理(Init/Pre-Op/Safe-Op/Op)等工程实现
3. 针对不同供应商协议差异(私有协议/CiA 402/CANopen/ModBus RTU等),开发协议适配层,统一对上层提供标准化接口,屏蔽底层协议差异
4. 将底层硬件通信程序封装为标准通信节点,设计合理的Topic/Service/Action接口,遵循DDS接口设计规范,输出清晰的接口文档
职位要求
1. 5年以上Linux系统下C/C++开发经验,有完整的从硬件协议到上层软件的全栈开发项目经历
2. 有机器人(工业机器人/协作机器人/人形机器人/移动机器人)底层软件开发经验优先
3. 有DDS实际项目开发经验,熟悉DDS核心概念和工程实践优先
4. 有实时Linux系统开发经验(RT-Preempt/Xenomai)优先
5. 深入理解Linux进程/线程模型,熟悉实时调度策略(SCHED_FIFO/SCHED_RR),能够配置和优化实时任务
6. 有EtherCAT主站开发经验(IgH EtherCAT Master/SOEM),熟悉CoE/SDO/PDO配置
7. 有Xenomai或PREEMPT_RT实时系统开发经验,了解双内核实时方案
