Job Description

We are hiring for one of our ecosystem projects in the financial services/ HFT space, we are looking for a Linux Trading System Engineer to build, improve, and maintain a complex Linux environment. This position is based in Hong Kong (Onsite).

Key Responsibilities

Administer/upgrade servers via centralized platform
Provide APAC operational support in follow-the-sun model
Design/install Linux for stream/batch processing & ETL
Provision environments with Dev/IT teams
Automate deployments & innovate improvements
R&D new solutions; adopt emerging tech
Ensure global reliability/scalability

Requirements

3+ years Linux admin experience is required
Enterprise Linux + networking (DNS/DHCP/routing/multicast)
Experienced in Config mgmt (Ansible/Puppet/Foreman)
Storage/load-balancing/hardware knowledge
Git + Python/Bash scripting is a must.
