Working closely with Lining Engineers and operational teams, you’ll support the preparation, installation and inspection of lining works, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This is a hands-on role that involves operating specialist equipment, preparing materials and carrying out CCTV surveys to verify successful installations.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the installation of CIPP lining and patch repairs across a variety of drainage networks
  • Preparing, handling and mixing resins in line with company procedures and safety requirements
  • Setting up and operating specialist equipment including inversion drums, curing systems, winches and CCTV survey equipment
  • Assisting with lining installation, inflation, curing and cooling activities
  • Carrying out pre and post-installation CCTV inspections and recording accurate footage for assessment
  • Maintaining safe working practices, including confined space operations and safe resin handling
  • Cleaning, maintaining and preparing vehicles, tools and equipment to ensure operational readiness
  • Loading and unloading materials and equipment to support efficient project delivery
  • Identifying and reporting equipment defects, safety concerns and installation issues
  • Working collaboratively with the wider team to improve processes, efficiency and service delivery

About you…

You’ll be a motivated and practical individual with experience in drainage, utilities, construction or a similar operational environment. You’ll enjoy working as part of a team, take pride in the quality of your work and be committed to maintaining the highest safety standards.

You will ideally have:

  • Previous experience in drainage works, ideally patching and lining or as a Drainage Operative
  • CSCS and/or EUSR accreditation
  • Confined Space certification
  • Experience operating drainage or lining equipment, CCTV systems or similar specialist tools
  • An understanding of CIPP lining and patch repair techniques, or a willingness to learn
  • Knowledge of health, safety and environmental requirements within operational environments
  • A full UK Driving Licence

We're also looking for someone who has:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong time management and organisational abilities
  • A positive and professional attitude
  • A flexible approach to working and travelling nationwide
  • The ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers
  • A passion to succeed and develop within the trenchless rehabilitation industry
