Job Description

We are seeking a passionate, detail-oriented, and service-driven individual to oversee uniform and staff laundry operations while ensuring exceptional service standards and compliance with Peninsula procedures. The role is responsible for managing inventory controls, record-keeping, quality inspections, and the timely processing and distribution of uniforms and staff laundry.

Key Accountabilities

• Deliver professional and courteous service by maintaining Peninsula grooming standards, proper telephone etiquette, and timely follow-up on requests.
• Manage uniform and laundry operations, including RFID inventory controls, record-keeping, quality checks, stain removal, and compliance with safety and chemical handling standards.
• Monitor laundry quality and equipment performance, reporting issues promptly and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Coordinate engineering requests, maintain accurate records, and ensure proper documentation of lost and found items in compliance with procedures.
• Ensure the timely collection, processing, alteration, and distribution of uniforms and staff laundry while adhering to Peninsula standards and handling garments with care.

General Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a luxury hotel or similar hospitality environment.
• Proven experience in laundry, linen, and uniform operations management.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
