Line Worker / Quality Control Trainee

Pay: $16.50/hr to start; increases to $18/hr once fully trained

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:45 AM–2:30 PM

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented candidate with packaging experience and strong leadership skills. You will begin as a Line Worker while training for approximately three months to transition into a Quality Control role.

Responsibilities

• Work on the production line, packaging and inspecting products
• Follow production, packaging, and quality standards
• Train to perform quality checks and identify product or packaging defects
• Accurately complete paperwork and maintain production and quality records
• Communicate quality concerns to supervisors and assist with resolving issues
• Demonstrate leadership and support coworkers in meeting daily production goals
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety procedures

Requirements

• Previous packaging experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Leadership skills and the ability to work well with a team
• Ability to complete paperwork clearly and accurately
• Willingness to learn and transition into Quality Control
• Dependable attendance and availability to work the listed schedule
