Line Worker - Food Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machinery and equipment on the production line to ensure efficient and safe food manufacturing processes
- Inspect products for quality, consistency, and adherence to safety standards
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist in packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food manufacturing or production is preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and willingness to adhere to health and safety regulations
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed
