Job Description

Bakery de France is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support the reliability and performance of our high-speed production equipment. This role is critical to maintaining uptime, ensuring safety, and driving operational efficiency across automated bakery lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime

• Troubleshoot motors, VFDs, sensors, and 24VDC–480VAC electrical systems

• Maintain and repair conveyors, belts, gearboxes, and related components

• Identify root causes of recurring issues and support continuous improvement efforts

• Adhere to all safety standards, including LOTO procedures

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics

• Experience working with conveyors and production equipment

Preferred: PLC troubleshooting, VFDs, sensors, welding, or food manufacturing experience

Work Environment
Fast-paced industrial bakery setting with exposure to heat, dust, noise, and physical demands.

Schedule
12.5-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule; flexibility for nights, weekends, and overtime required.
