We are seeking a Line Striperfor our crew. As the Line Striping Technician, you will perform a wide variety of projects for various clients across our North Bay territory. EverLine Coatings and Services is a premier line painting and maintenance company that proudly has a location in the North Bay. We provide high-quality line painting and pavement maintenance services for parking lots, roadways, parkades, and warehouses. In addition to painting services, we offer power sweeping, power washing, asphalt seal coating, crack filling, and more. Our success is a direct result of our dedicated team. Our Line Striping Technician is responsible for applying, and maintaining paint and markings on parking lots, roadways, other other related outdoor and indoor surfaces. This role involves working with various types of paint, ensuring proper application of line striping, directional arrows, parking spaces, custom stenciling, and other markings. Experience with epoxy applications and athletic court surfacing is a plus. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare parking lot surfaces by cleaning, sweeping, and ensuring the area is free of debris and dirt.
• Measure and mark areas for parking spaces, directional arrows, curbs, and other pavement markings.
• Apply traffic and parking lot paint using specialized equipment such as striping machines, sprayers, or rollers.
• Ensure paint is applied uniformly and neatly, following guidelines and regulations for spacing, line thickness, and placement.
• Maintain and clean painting equipment after use to ensure its longevity and proper functioning.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
• Work in different weather conditions, including heat, rain, and cold temperatures.
• Additional tasks as required.

QualificationsWHAT YOU BRING

• Professional line striping and/or pavement marking experience
• A California driver’s license with a clean driving record and a reliable mode of transportation
• You are a self-motivated, critical thinker that likes to problem solve
• You understand the importance of punctuality, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking, bending, and lifting (up to 75lbs)
• Ability to work well independently unsupervised
• Mechanical aptitude with small engines, paint sprayers, or similar equipment
• Construction, paving, or coatings background is an asset

Compensation: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour
