Will assist departments from a sanitarian aspect along with performing duties as listed below.
JOB DUTIES:
Set up, and / or disassemble equipment for washing, foaming, and sanitizing as required. Includes conveyors, batter and breeding, and other machines in department.
Perform dry pick-up, and proper disposal of all waste materials that are on the floor, in red inedible tubs, totes, or garbage cans and transport to Inedible Dock.
Will assist in any line mid-shift clean-ups, sanitizing, and removal of fryer bricks.
Will help supply line with any predust, batter, breading, or any other supplies that are being used for that day.
Maintain clean work area.
Frequent twisting, bending and lifting up to 100#.
Perform other duties as assigned.
WORKING CONDITIONS: High noise, varied temperatures (warm to cold), slippery floors, moving equipment and dust may be present. Wear appropriate PPE and other equipment as necessary or required.
QUALIFICATIONS: Display positive attitude and teamwork skills. Must be able to stand and walk up to 8 hours per day. Ability to frequently bend, lift and twist. Must pass the company physical classification test for essential functions of the position.
