Industry:  PHARMACEUTICAL

Our client in the pharmaceutical industry is looking for Line Production Managers to manage assigned production lines and ensure targets for quality, quantity, efficiency, waste reduction, and documentation are consistently met in compliance with GMP standards.

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned production lines.

• Ensure operators follow SOPs, hygiene, and safety policies.

• Prepare batch record documentation and maintain accurate records.

• Monitor production output, reject rates, and downtime.

• Coordinate machine changeover and cleaning procedures.

• Train and supervise line leaders and operators.

• Report production deviations and support corrective actions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors in Management, Business, Pharmacy, Engineering, or related technical field.
• 1-2 years experience in manufacturing; pharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Knowledge of SOPs, batch records, and production workflow.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, communication, and team supervision skills.

• Knowledge of GMP compliance and root cause analysis.
