Job Description

The Line Production Manager manages assigned production lines to ensure targets for quality, quantity, efficiency, waste reduction, and documentation are consistently achieved in compliance with GMP.

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operation of assigned production line.
• Ensure operators follow SOP, hygiene, and safety policies.
• Prepare batch record documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor production output, reject rate, and downtime.
• Coordinate machine changeover and cleaning procedures.
• Train and supervise line leaders and operators.
• Report production deviations and support corrective actions.

Main Requirements:

• Bachelors in Management, Business, Pharmacy, Engineering, or related technical field.
• 1–2 years experience in manufacturing; pharmaceutical preferred.
• Knowledge of SOP, batch record, and production workflow.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
