What you’ll do:
Sales performance reporting & insight
- Own recurring sales performance reporting to the CEO and key business leaders — sales throughput (volume / revenue / profit), and productivity metrics, on a weekly/bi-weekly cadence
- Proactively identify root causes of underperformance and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations
- Partner with the data team to maintain and evolve the metrics we track, and own the underlying data quality that makes the reporting trustworthy
Target & incentive design
- Design and propose monthly sales targets and commission schemes. Your contributions range from major structural changes (quarterly/bi-annually) to incremental adjustments (monthly: incentive weighting by product, pay requirements)
- Own sales segmentation strategy; including sales team portfolio allocation and area strategy
- Take ownership of the proposed uplift to P&L; quantify potential impact and ground proposals on evidence to drive decisions with confidence
Rollout & execution
- Partner with cross-functional teams to roll out changes; own GTM rollout logistics and visibility tracking
- Run experiments (e.g. phased rollouts, pilot cohorts) or deploy risk-mitigating approaches ahead of full launch wherever feasible
Evaluate & own the feedback loop
- Own a standardized post-rollout review for every commercial change: forecast vs. actual impact on productivity – document learnings against your hypotheses
- Maintain a running record of past commercial decisions and outcomes so each new proposal builds on the last instead of starting from zero
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or related fields. Master's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in sales management, commercial/financial planning, or other strong quantitative fields
- Strong analytical skills — ability to crunch and visualize data to uncover insights to inform decisions
- Structured documentation and evaluation habits — validate what worked and build repeatable frameworks, not just one-off fixes
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, particularly with sales leaders in a fast-moving cadence
