Responsibilities:

Requirements

• Prior experience in a leadership role in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control methods.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to work in shifts or on weekends if required.
