Location: Panjang, Lampung

As a Line Electrician, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our production lines by supporting electrical and automation activities within the factory.
You will be part of a collaborative engineering team, contributing to safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations—while continuously learning and developing your technical expertise.

A Day in the Life…

• Support electrical and automation (E&A) operations on production lines to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing processes
• Perform maintenance activities and participate in troubleshooting to minimize downtime and ensure asset reliability
• Assist in implementing and improving MES, automation systems, and engineering tools within the factory
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, health, environment, and quality standards in all activities
• Support project implementation, including testing, documentation, and training of operators and maintenance crews
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations

What Will Make You Successful

• D3 in Mechatronics Engineering
• Minimum 1 year of experience in electrical/automation, including internships
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, automation, and manufacturing processes
• Strong learning agility and willingness to develop technical capabilities
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
• Ability to communicate effectively with shopfloor teams, engineers, and external partners
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
