Location: Pierre's Restaurant, Mile Marker 81.6, Islamorada, Florida Keys

Responsibilities:

• Be able to understand and communicate in English
• Follow specific instructions for food preparation.
• Mentor and set example for less experienced Cooks
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness to meet Board of Health standards.
• Consistently aim for perfection in food presentation and waste management.
• Always present a clean, professional appearance.
• Uphold a friendly, courteous demeanor.
• Effectively handle work pressure.

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of cooking experience in an upscale restaurant environment
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Culinary degree is advantageous.
• Good reading and English communication skills.
• High school degree or GED preferred.
