Key Responsibilities Prepare, cook, and plate food according to recipes and standards. Chop, portion, and prepare ingredients for daily kitchen operations. Assist with food preparation for catering events and large orders. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation. Follow proper food safety and handling procedures. Keep up with orders during busy service hours. Assist with stocking, inventory, and kitchen cleanup. Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure orders are completed on time.
