About the Restaurant
Billie’s Nantucket is an upscale-casual steakhouse and martini bar located on Nantucket Island.
We are building a kitchen culture rooted in professionalism, consistency, and teamwork within one of the most sought-after seasonal destinations in the U.S.
Responsibilities
• Execute prep and service responsibilities based on role (AM prep or PM line)
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and station readiness
• Follow recipes, systems, and plating standards
• Work efficiently during high-volume service periods
• Contribute to a calm, professional kitchen environment
Qualifications
• 1+ year kitchen experience in upscale casual or fine dining
• Strong food safety knowledge (certification preferred)
• Ability to follow written recipes and standards
• Reliable, team-oriented, and organized
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended shifts
