
Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens – Escondido is seeking a Line Cook Lead to support kitchen operations and provide on-the-line leadership in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment.
This role is ideal for an experiencedLead Line Cook or Kitchen Supervisor who excels at both execution and team leadership. You will play a critical role in driving food quality, consistency, and speed during service, while coaching and supporting the kitchen team.
The Line Cook Lead owns final plate execution—including plating, garnishing, and timing—ensuring every dish meets our standards and reaches our guests (“fans”) at the right moment.
Compensation, Benefits & Perks
Lead Line Cooks are responsible for supporting management by leading the kitchen team with accurately and efficiently cooking meats, fish, vegetables, and other hot food products as well as preparing and portioning food products prior to cooking. Lead Line Cooks also own final plate preparation including plating and garnishing of cooked items and preparing appropriate garnishes for varying menu item plates while collaborating with Front of House teams to execute timing of final plate delivery to our fans.
