The Ladies & Gentlemen in the Culinary team are passionate about creating exceptional dining experiences through quality, creativity and attention to detail. As a Line Cook, you will prepare and present menu items according to established recipes, standards and specifications while maintaining the highest levels of food quality, consistency and presentation. You will work closely with fellow culinary professionals to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and follow all food safety and sanitation standards. Through your culinary skill, teamwork and commitment to excellence, you will help bring memorable dining experiences to life for our guests.

Prepare food items in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe sanitary work environment.
High school education or equivalent experience.
Valid unexpired Food Handler's Certification.
Minimum one year food service or related work.
