Line Cook II – Main Kitchen (Harrah’s Laughlin)

The Main Kitchen at Harrah’s Laughlin is the core of our culinary operations, supporting multiple outlets and serving guests from all walks of life. This role is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and essential to delivering the consistent quality our property is known for.

• Prepare and cook dishes according to company recipes and standards for multiple dining outlets
• Master a variety of cooking techniques, including deep frying, broiling, steaming, sautéing, and oven work
• Plate and garnish food for individual orders, banquets, and large‑scale functions
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of your station, equipment, and storage areas
• Assist teammates and complete prep work to support the next shift
• Transport ingredients and supplies as needed to keep kitchen operations running smoothly
• Uphold Caesars Entertainment’s Family‑Style Service with every dish and interaction
• 3–6 months of experience in a similar kitchen, hotel, or casino environment
• Comfortable using kitchen tools such as knives, mixers, steamers, and braziers
• Ability to follow cooking sequences, timing, and production standards
• Strong teamwork, communication, and time‑management skills

Requirements

• Valid SNHD Health Card
• Basic math skills for measurements, conversions, and portioning
• Fluent in English for effective communication
• Ability to work in a high‑heat, fast‑paced, hands‑on environment
