$21 per hour - Full-Time Schedule
Independent Living and/or Skilled Nursing Facility

Typical work scheduled to be determined based on assignment
Kitchen closes by 8:00 pm most nights

Job Responsibilities

• Prepares all food and menu items according to Executive Chef guidance, standardized recipes and special dietary orders, including soups, appetizers, sides, and main dishes
• Ensures consistent excellence in quality, temperature and presentation of all food
• Maintains assigned workstation in a safe and sanitary condition
• Complies with standards for personal hygiene and dress code
• Knowledge of proper operation and maintenance of kitchen tools and equipment
• Works collaboratively and cooperatively with FOH to provide quality services to our residents

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience working as a prep/line cook in hotel, restaurant, country club or other similar industry
