Great breakfasts don't happen by accident—they're created by people who care about quality, consistency, and teamwork. We're looking for a Line Cook (Breakfast) who enjoys the pace of a busy morning service, takes pride in every dish they prepare, and wants to be part of a kitchen that values professionalism, collaboration, and great food.
What You'll Be Doing
• Preparing and cooking high-quality breakfast dishes to recipe and presentation standards.
• Setting up and stocking your station before each service to ensure a smooth and efficient shift.
• Working efficiently during busy breakfast services while maintaining consistency and attention to detail.
• Keeping your work area clean, organized, and compliant with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitoring inventory levels and communicating stock requirements to the kitchen leadership team.
• Supporting your teammates to ensure a positive, efficient kitchen environment.
• Assisting with food preparation and other kitchen duties as required.
What You'll Bring
• Previous experience as a line cook, with breakfast experience considered an asset.
• A passion for cooking and pride in producing consistently great food.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Food Safe certification is an asset (or a willingness to obtain one).
• Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
