As a key member of the kitchen team, you’ll help create exceptional dishes while ensuring a well-organized and safe cooking environment.

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Prepare and cook food following recipes and quality standards and serve customers as needed.

• Assist with ingredient prep for smooth and efficient meal service

• Follow food safety guidelines and best practices in handling

• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and well-maintained

• Work closely with the team to ensure quick, efficient meal delivery

• Adhere to food industry regulations and standards

• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment (grills, fryers, ovens, etc.)

• Ensure food quality and presentation meet our high standards

• Help manage inventory and rotate stock as needed

• Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to deliver a top-tier dining experience

Qualifications

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• 1-2 years of fast-paced line cook experience would be an asset.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills to work effectively with the team

• Comprehensive knowledge of food safety and proper handling procedures

• Skilled in using knives and kitchen equipment with precision and care

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Basic math skills for accurate ingredient measurements and recipe adjustments

• Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards

• Collaborative team player, eager to contribute to a positive kitchen environment

• Comfortable standing for long periods and working in a high-temperature kitchen setting, ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
