Acme Hospitality owns and operates a collection of highly acclaimed and award-winning food & beverage concepts and boutique hotels throughout California. In addition to a collection of restaurants and hotels, we create hospitality experiences that inspire people, create a sense of camaraderie, and make people happy.
Paloma is a true neighborhood restaurant in Santa Barbara, warm and welcoming, where the rhythms of the seasons shape the menu and every ingredient tells a story. Rooted in over a century of local history, Paloma is a place to slow down and savor life's simple pleasures — just-picked greens, figs at their peak, craft cocktails, and meats kissed by an open flame. Dishes are made from scratch with care and intention, deeply rooted in a love for good food and good company.
We're looking for a Line Cook who takes pride in consistency, technique, and working clean. You'll prepare and execute dishes made from scratch, work closely with our kitchen leadership, and help bring Paloma's seasonal, ingredient-driven menu to life for every guest, every service.
Above all else, we are committed to providing our team members with a work environment and experience that we can be proud of. Our Core Values of Delivering Excellence, Embrace Originality, Act with Integrity and Celebrate Community are the essential ingredients for success.
