The Role
As a Cook, you’ll prepare and cook menu items, maintain station readiness, and support overall kitchen execution. You’ll help uphold quality, consistency, and culinary standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and specifications
- Complete daily prep and maintain a clean, organized workstation
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Communicate with the kitchen team during service
- Assist with inventory, labeling, and storage
- Support the culinary team as needed
