Suser Restaurant Group is comprised of Sparkies Kitchen & Bar, Stella's Table, and Union 212 Banquet Hall, located in the lakes area of Oakland County. We invite you to join our talented team that is committed to providing amazing food and service to our guests — and who are treated like family.

The Role
Suser Restaurant Group Line Cooks take pride in every plate, making sure each dish is picture perfect. You'll ensure the freshest products are used to prepare our dishes, and that the line stays clean, organized, and stocked throughout the shift. The ideal candidate brings full-service restaurant experience, understands the importance of cost control, and ensures proper recipe adherence — always following health code requirements, food rotation, labeling, and sanitation practices.

What We're Looking For

  • Full-service restaurant line cook experience preferred
  • Able to follow written recipes and execute order tickets with speed and accuracy
  • Excellent understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
  • Current knowledge of culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes
  • Outstanding communication and leadership skills; able to divide responsibilities and monitor progress
  • Comfortable working with a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Able to be on your feet for 8+ hours a day
  • Able to lift at least 40 pounds at a time on a regular basis
  • Passion for food and hospitality, strong work ethic, team-first mentality

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
