What You’ll Do
- Fire out every plate with speed, precision, and consistency
- Own your station and keep it stocked, sharp, and service-ready
- Nail every recipe, portion, and presentation standard
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and ready for the next rush
- Jump into prep, service, and close with urgency and hustle
- Protect food quality, safety, and sanitation at every step
- Work hard with the team to keep the line tight and the shift running strong
