Join our professional kitchen team in this essential culinary role. Primary responsibilities include:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
• Coordinate and manage food orders efficiently during service periods
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned workstation and equipment
• Implement effective food waste management practices and portion control measures
• Execute proper inventory management procedures and stock rotation
• Adhere to all health and safety protocols and food handling guidelines

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months professional cooking experience in a commercial kitchen setting
• Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
• Capability to maintain extended periods of standing and walking throughout shift duration
• Physical dexterity to perform essential functions including reaching, grasping, bending, kneeling, and twisting
• Valid and current food safety certifications and required licenses
