We are seeking dependable and motivated Line Cooks with bakery experience to join our kitchen team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items on the line, as well as assisting with baking and pastry production. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow within a dynamic, high-energy environment focused on quality, creativity, and teamwork.

Responsibilities Line Cook Duties:

• Set up and stock line stations with all necessary supplies
• Cook and plate dishes according to recipes and standards
• Ensure food quality and presentation meets restaurant expectations
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations and properly store leftovers
• Comply with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure timely and consistent service

Bakery Duties:

• Prepare baked goods such as breads, pastries, muffins, cookies, and specialty desserts
• Operate bakery equipment such as mixers, ovens, and dough sheeters
• Decorate and finish baked items as needed
• Assist with inventory of baking supplies and report shortages

Qualifications

• Handle high volume shifts efficiently and effectively
• 1 year of casual restaurant experience is required
• Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
• Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
• Familiar with industry’s best practices
• Certified in Food Safety
• Aptitude for multi - tasking
• Able to stand for extended periods of time and lift a minimum of 25 lbs

Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
