Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and guidelines.
• Ensure a clean and organized kitchen, maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
• Monitor food supplies and assist with inventory management and ordering when necessary.
• Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient meal service.
• Assist with training and mentoring new kitchen staff as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with patrons and responding to inquiries about menu items.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Cook or in a similar role in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cooking methods, food safety, and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• A positive attitude and a passion for food preparation and cooking.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
