About the Role

The Huddle Kitchen and Bar is hiring a full-time Line Cook for a busy, established casual restaurant in Bolton Landing, NY. This is an opportunity to work in a high-volume kitchen alongside a motivated and passionate team focused on consistency, teamwork, and execution.

We are looking for cooks who are comfortable working in fast-paced service while maintaining quality, organization, and strong communication on the line.

This role is best suited for someone with previous high-volume casual or upscale dining experience who wants to be part of a respectful, team-oriented kitchen culture.

About The Restaurant

The Huddle Kitchen and Bar is a high-volume casual restaurant serving lunch and dinner in the Lake George region.

The restaurant operates with a strong focus on teamwork, guest experience, accountability, and maintaining a fun, respectful workplace culture. Leadership values commitment, consistency, and producing results while creating an enjoyable environment for both guests and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and execute menu items consistently during high-volume service
  • Follow written recipes, prep lists, and kitchen procedures
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness throughout shifts
  • Communicate clearly with kitchen team members during service
  • Support food quality, timing, and station readiness
  • Handle prep, stocking, and line setup responsibilities
  • Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
  • Assist with closing and side work as needed

Qualifications

  • Previous line cook experience required
  • 5+ years of high-volume casual or upscale dining experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of line execution and kitchen workflow
  • Ability to follow written recipes and instructions
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • English language proficiency required
  • Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
