Liderar y coordinar las operaciones de las líneas de producción, asegurando el cumplimiento de los programas establecidos, los indicadores de desempeño y los estándares de seguridad, calidad e inocuidad alimentaria.
Será responsable de gestionar y desarrollar equipos de trabajo, promoviendo una cultura de liderazgo, disciplina operativa y mejora continua. Asimismo, deberá impulsar la eficiencia de los procesos mediante la implementación de herramientas de TPM, mantenimiento autónomo, análisis de causa raíz y eliminación de pérdidas operativas.
