• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards.
• Ensure the highest quality of food presentation and flavor consistency.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Assist in inventory management and stock rotation to minimize waste.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Participate in menu planning and development with the culinary team.
• Adapt to changing demands and assist in various kitchen stations as needed.

• Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a high-volume kitchen.
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and presentation.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Food Handler’s Certification or equivalent is preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Passion for culinary arts and a desire to grow in the hospitality industry.
