Provide transportation to VIP guests and Team Members utilizing property vehicles.Ensure friendly, prompt, and efficient service at all times.
JOB ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Safely transport passengers adhering to all rules and regulations set forth by the U.S. Department of Transportation and the state of North Carolina
Comply with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration Regulations for passenger carrier operations
Comply with U.S. Department of Transportation Drug and Alcohol testing programs established for safety-sensitive positions
Transport guests and Team Members as scheduled or required by business demands
Greet and welcome all passengers to our property
Must have consistent, up-to-date knowledge of casino events, services, and promotions
Maintain cleanliness of assigned vehicle
Responsive to guest and Team Member requests during transports
Ensure a pleasant transportation experience for all passengers, providing entertainment and refreshments as necessary
Ensure personal appearance and image are immaculate at all times
Demonstrate high levels of Spotlight on Service skills on a consistent basis
Check e-mail and personal mailbox for updated transportation needs and requests
Maintain a flexible schedule and be willing to work any shift as required by the business
Immediately report any mechanical problems or other deterioration of the vehicle
Assist with routine cleaning and maintenance of Transportation vehicles and equipment
Drive defensively at all times
Monitor all vehicle operational systems and indicators to ensure the continued proper operation of equipment
Check vehicle fluid levels and fuel vehicles as appropriate
Ensure that guest problems are handled in an effective and courteous manner
Ensure that appropriate service recovery measures are followed through to ensure guest satisfaction with our services and Team Members
Participate in departmental and property-wide discussions, meetings, and service initiatives
Assist with on and off-property transportation needs
Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies/procedures in an ethical manner
Endorse the business objectives, ethics, and values of Caesars Entertainment in accordance with the Code of Commitment and Mission, Vision, and Values
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge and familiarity with area highways, airports, hotels, and attractions required
Ability to read and understand highway maps required
Ability to drive and operate all types of passenger vehicles and light trucks required
Ability to drive vehicles with manual transmissions required
Ability to operate vehicles in a variety of extreme traffic and weather situations
Ability to work independently
Neat, professional appearance with excellent personal hygiene
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:
Must be able to stoop, bend, reach, kneel, twist and grip items
Must be able to sit for long periods of time
Must be able to maneuver to all areas of the casino and surrounding property
Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues
Must be able to read, write, and speak English
Must be able to operate in stressful situations
Must be able to tolerate areas containing varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds, and air quality, including secondhand smoke
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
