We are seeking a highly motivated, self‑starting Radiologic Technologist to join our busy team. This role is ideal for a confident technologist who thrives in a dynamic clinical environment, delivers exceptional patient care, and takes pride in producing high‑quality diagnostic images using digital X‑ray equipment.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, a strong multitasker, and equally effective working independently or as part of a collaborative clinical team. You will play a critical role in supporting providers, assisting with patient flow, and ensuring a positive experience for every patient who enters our clinics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform high‑quality diagnostic radiographic procedures using digital X‑ray equipment in accordance with established protocols and safety standards
  • Provide compassionate, patient‑centered care in a busy orthopedic/urgent care setting
  • Effectively position and image a wide variety of patients, including:
    • Ambulatory patients
    • Patients using crutches
    • Wheelchair‑bound patients
  • Maintain strict adherence to radiation safety principles and infection control protocols
  • Accurately document exams and communicate findings or concerns to providers as appropriate
  • Assist with patient flow, room turnover, and coordination with clinical staff to support efficient operations
  • Collaborate closely with radiologic technologists, physicians, medical assistants, and front‑office staff
  • Work independently when necessary while maintaining accountability and productivity
  • Assist with lifting and transferring patients onto the X‑ray table as needed
  • Travel between multiple clinical locations as required by scheduling needs

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
  • Current ARRT certification
  • Valid state radiologic technologist license (if applicable)
  • Strong knowledge of imaging procedures
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑volume clinical environment
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized under pressure
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision while also contributing to a team‑based environment
  • Willingness and ability to travel to multiple clinic locations
