What you will enjoy doing

• In this position, you will ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the Limassol depot, maintaining high service standards, operational excellence and compliance with company procedures and safety requirements
• Also, you will manage customer service activities, including handling incoming calls, processing customer orders, preparing quotations and commercial offers, and ensuring accurate and timely invoicing
• Moreover, you will coordinate daily delivery schedules and distribution routes, working closely with drivers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient product deliveries
• Furthermore, you will monitor and control cylinder inventory and depot stock levels, ensuring product availability and maintaining accurate inventory records
• Additionally, you will identify sales opportunities and promote gas-related equipment, tools and accessories, contributing to depot sales performance and business growth.
• Lastly, you will build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing responsive, solution-oriented support and delivering outstanding customer experience

What makes you great

• You hold a High School degree and have a very good command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
• Also, you have very good working knowledge of MS Office suite; experience with SAP ERP systems will be considered an advantage
• Lastly, you demonstrate strong customer service and organizational skills, with a proactive and team-oriented mindset
