The LIM Operations Analyst Leader main focus will be to Improve the supply chain performance by analyzing the Supply chain data (distribution costs & reporting results), ensuring the performance indicators accuracy & consistency, analyzing in detail with the dispatchers the trips executed to improve mileage traveled & driver efficiency.
- Ensure that project objectives and its main specifications have been properly defined and validated by the concerned Industrial Program Manager and the relevant Operations representatives.
- Responsible for the project development ensuring that Process engineering has been performed by the relevant Design Authority (ies).
- Lead the project execution, ensuring that the project will be executed safely, on time and on budget.
- Project engineering:
Design: basic design (P&ID, type and sizing of main equipments) and detailed design (equipements specification, functional analysis) have been performed by the relevant Design Authority(ies).
Budget: responsible for project cost estimation (basic design stage) and project budget definition (detailed design stage).
Bachelor in Logistics/Supply Chain, Management or related field
Fluent English is a must.
Background in managing a Logistics and Supply Chain department.
Experience in Gas/Petrochemical Logistics, planning and fleet management with 3rd party Haulers.
