Join the Lil’ Kickers & Skills Institute Soccer team and make a meaningful impact every week.
An LK Soccer Coach leads children ages 18 months to 10 years old through a 50-minute structured class focused on development, confidence, and fun. Coaches play a key role in creating a safe, positive, and consistent experience for children and families.
This role is ideal for committed high school students, college students, recent graduates, and adults looking for reliable part-time work in a supportive, team-driven environment. Soccer experience is helpful, but not required — full training is provided.

Compensation: $16.60 - $18.00 per hour
Lil’ Kickers is a nationwide soccer program rooted in child development theory for kids ages 18 months to 10 years old. Weekly classes are packed with fun and taught by dynamic coaches with a passion for kids. We focus on helping children build strong physical, intellectual and emotional skills using the game of soccer. With more than 100 locations across the U.S. and Canada, Lil’ Kickers has been a source of fun and individual growth for more than 1,000,000 participants over the past 20 years.

Every Coach within Lil' Kickers has gone through rigorous training to make sure each child is getting the best instruction possible that is both age-appropriate and developmentally minded.
Lil' Kickers is the largest national child development soccer program in the United States for children ages 18 months to 5 years old. Lil' Kickers uses soccer to guide children in developing social, emotional, cognitive, and physical skills in a positive, safe and fun atmosphere.
Skills Institute is a developmental soccer program for boys and girls ages 5-12 years. Players of all skill levels will receive a balance of one on one attention and team interactions as they explore their potential in the target areas of soccer.
With 11 locations currently running year round and 5 outdoor summer locations LKSOCCER.COM is now the largest Lil' Kickers franchisee in the country serving over 19,000 children annually in the Chicagoland area.
