
Lead carpenters must be able to lead a crew of 3 to 4 people. Remote Alaska residential remodeling experiences a plus.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
cabinets and counter tops. General understanding of electrical and plumbing.

Show proficiency with residential/ commercial construction.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE Must have a High school diploma or GED. Four (4) years working in a carpenter position. Apprenticeship trade in construction or maintenance is strongly preferred. Must have experience in and knowledge of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and use it.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Valid State of Alaska Driver’s License with a good enough driving record to be insured on the AVCP Vehicle Policy.
