At The Groves, a dynamic destination where dining, entertainment, and culture converge, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Lighting Operator to join our team. This role plays a key part in bringing the venue to life—managing and executing lighting across live performances within our restaurant concepts, while also overseeing the outdoor lighting landscape that defines the overall guest journey.

Responsibilities:

• Designing Managing the outdoor overall lighting setup to create an inviting and well-lit environment for
• guests.
• Designing and operating lighting setups for entertainment shows in various restaurant locations
• Operating lighting equipment during performances to enhance the overall atmosphere
• Collaborating with event organizers, performers, and other staff to ensure lighting requirements are met
• Running Shows Daily and on Time
• Maintaining and troubleshooting lighting equipment to ensure functionality and safety
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and protocols related to lighting operations
• Training and supervising assistant lighting staff members as needed
• Routine Cleaning and Maintenance of Lights, reporting any missing damaged or faulty equipment
• Daily Routine Inspection of Lights on site
• Cable Installation when Required
• Installation of Lighting Fixtures in all Assigned Spots
• Inventory of Current and Future Stock

Requirements

• Experience in Avolite Products.

• Proven experience as a Lighting Operator in a theme park, or large event venue.
• Strong knowledge of lighting equipment, techniques, and industry best practices
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to changing requirements
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
• Attention to detail and a creative eye for designing impactful lighting setups
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules
