As an Equipment Logistics Coordinator, you’ll ensure LMG’s AV inventory is planned, positioned, and ready to exceed expectations for every production.
✅ Show Planning & Forecasting – Evaluate equipment needs and generate cost-effective plans using internal inventory systems
✅ Inventory Optimization – Monitor high-demand gear, identify shortages, and propose actionable solutions in partnership with Technical Services and Sales teams
✅ Vendor Coordination – Source and negotiate cross-rentals with third-party vendors, ensuring accurate pricing and timely delivery
✅ Order Management – Create equipment transfers, purchase orders, and support documentation that drive warehouse tasks and logistics
✅ Emergency Support – Provide real-time solutions to internal teams facing gear shortages or last-minute changes
✅ Discrepancy Resolution – Investigate and resolve PO and invoice issues related to cross-rentals
✅ Data Integrity – Identify and update outdated items or packages in the inventory system to maintain clean, actionable data
✅ Team Collaboration – Work closely with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure equipment moves smoothly from prep to performance
