Ferguson has an exciting opportunity to join our In-House Delivery & Installation Team as a Lighting and Appliance Installation Associate

Schedule Monday – Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Able to perform basic lightingand appliance installationsas well aspossessthe desire to learn custom lighting installations.

• Ensure the installed lights aredamagefree, accurately installed according to manufacturer’s specifications, and are fully functioning.

• Interact expertly and courteously with builders, designers, and on-site customers – you take care of a vast array of customers.

• Provide service repair options, estimates, and timeframes to customers.

• Troubleshoot and diagnose appliance issues.

• Be responsible for providing driver duties and responsibilities.

• Additional duties as required to include, but not limited to, completing office paperwork notating service calls.

• Attend company paid installation training seminars and certifications to stayup-to-dateon all product changes.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience with Lighting, construction, kitchen, plumbing, home appliance products, or installations preferred

• Validstate issuedlicense isrequired

• Must be atleast21years of age.

• Possession of a DOT Medical Card or the ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.

• With theassistanceof lifting equipment such as stairclimber, oven lifts, and/or air sled,mustbe able to lift 50+ pound objectsfrequentlyand 90+ pound objects occasionally.

• Ability to deliver “white glove service” to customers, excellent customer service skills area must!

• Document important job notes in a way a non-tradesperson would understand.

• Possess organization, time management, and creative problem-solving skills.

• Ability to deal with a vast array of customers with varying levels of product knowledge.

• Mechanical skills and willingness to learn – plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills are preferred.

• Tools- plus if you have your own but we will supply specific needed for the role

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Pay Range:

$19.34 - $29.00

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
