About Us

MiNECO are a national Mining and equipment services company in the NSW Coalfields backed by a team with 20+ years of mining experience. Mineco has operations throughout NSW, QLD & SA which provides mining services in a wide range of fields incl. equipment operations, Specialist operator and mining strategy training, engineering/technical services and Equipment maintenance. We are currently expanding our maintenance team and this is an opportunity for a LV or HV mechanic to work on in-house Mineco owned and operated large scale and civil equipment.

About the Role

  • Perform the servicing, repairs and maintenance of a fleet of light vehicles
  • Diagnostics and fault finding
  • General Maintenance
  • General Maintenance, Servicing, Breakdowns, Component Change outs
  • Conduct required inspection to maximize equipment utilisation

The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience:

  • Mechanical Trade Certificate
  • Post-trade experience working in the Mechanical industry
  • Experience within the mining environment desirable
  • Experience in General Maintenance, Breakdowns, Component Change Outs and Servicing
  • Willingness to learn and up-skill
