WKY Construction – Rogers Group Inc – Crestwood, KY

Full Time

Starting pay for entry level candidates is $22/hr. Pay will be determined based on experience. Experienced candidates are preferred.

Rogers Group’s WKY Construction team is seeking a Heavy Equipment Light Duty Mechanic at our shop located in Hopkinsville, KY. The successful candidate for this role will have an uncompromising emphasis on safety excellence, be a self-starter and will have responsibilities that include but not limited to:

• High school diploma or any relevant qualification.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Lube technicians also need to have excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
• They need to have good communication and interpersonal skills.
• 1 year of light duty mechanic experience desired
• Must have good reliable transportation to make it to and from work.
• Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, and extended hours as needed.
• Must be able to work outside in all types of weather and tolerate being exposed to loud noises.
• Must be willing to help plant maintenance team when needed.
• Willingness to work in a team environment.
• Able to provide valid documentation for the I-9 Immigration requirement.
• Must be Drug Free and able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and possess a Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
