Your Role:

Every day offers fresh challenges and rewards as you troubleshoot, repair, and maintain light commercial HVAC systems-think rooftop units, split systems. You'll install equipment, optimize performance, and deliver dependable solutions. Beyond technical work, you'll build professional relationships that keep our clients coming back.

• Pay: $32 -$45/hr (based on experience) + OT + bonuses

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience with light commercial HVAC systems (e.g., rooftop units, packaged systems, VRFs)
• Minimum 2 years of residential experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a knack for solving problems efficiently
• Excellent customer service skills and a professional approach to client interactions
• High School Diploma or equivalent (HVAC certifications or higher education a plus)
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and background check
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• A positive, can-do attitude focused on delivering exceptional service
• Must fluently speak, read, and write in English
