Seeking an experienced Lifting Supervisor to oversee lifting operations and ensure safety compliance on construction sites.
Responsibilities:
Supervise all lifting activities and ensure safe execution.
Inspect lifting tools, equipment, and cranes.
Coordinate with riggers, operators, and site teams.
Prepare lifting plans and risk assessments.
Monitor site safety and report any hazards.
Ensure adherence to lifting standards and project procedures.
Requirements:
Graduation / ITI + 5-day Third-Party Lifting Training (certificate mandatory).
Minimum 5 years experience in lifting operations for civil projects.
Strong understanding of lifting procedures and safety rules.
English & Hindi communication skills required.
Middle East experience preferred.
Must pass client interview (oral & written).
