Job Scope

1. Responsible for the overall planning, execution, and management of all lifting and material handling activities for MEP project equipment installation.
2. Coordinate with the supply chain to select qualified subcontractors and manage them during execution (including contract documentation, variation orders, construction coordination, and site supervision).
3. Prepare lifting plans and execution strategies based on detailed design drawings and delivery/port logistics lists, and submit documents for approval in accordance with requirements from the project management consultant, ensuring full compliance for inspection and acceptance processes.
4. Strong understanding of lifting construction methods and procedures, with solid knowledge of quality, safety, and site housekeeping management standards.
5. Lead the preparation of construction organization design, lifting plans, overall construction schedules, and quality & safety assurance measures, and ensure strict implementation of all approved plans.
6. Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management and maintain proper work records.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in lifting/rigging or related project management.
• Proficient in MS Office and drafting/design software, with strong documentation skills.
• Responsible, hardworking, and detail-oriented with strong communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently, follow instructions, and coordinate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
